Lelio Moehr is a documentary filmmaker. After getting his higher level secondary school diploma (Abitur), he initially studied philosophy at the University Bordeaux 3 Michel de Montaigne in France, where he also received his bachelor's degree in the performing arts with an emphasis on film. Afterwards he studied film, literature, history, and social studies at Paris Nanterre University, where he received his master's degree, once again with an emphasis on film. Moehr is a member of the collective Gigacircus. He is the film editor on the documentary film by Sylvie Marchand and Lionel Camburet.
